I cannot but acknowledge what an enormous difference having our property Styled by Ship Shape Homes made in the Auction sales process. Natasha "hit the nail on the head" when she made our Newport Investment Property "Pop". Her design concepts, client interaction, and "can do" attitude made the experience fun; and the whole project was streamlined, on schedule & seamless.
I truly believe Styling made a huge, value add benefit to the price we achieved (which far exceeded our expectations). Additionally, the Unit sold prior to Auction having been on the market for only 2 weeks. I firmly believe Styling should be included in addition to your Sales Agent’s comprehensive Marketing plan. It took much of the stress out of selling, and the results speak for themselves.

There really is only one word to describe Natasha’s sense of styling and her keen eye for details : Superb!
To add to this Natasha and her team of angels worked tirelessly to make sure the staging of the property linked completely to the briefing of the aesthetics and look we needed to sell the property.
It was a throughly worthwhile process due to Natasha’s creative and organisational skills and flair.

I can’t recommend Natasha and her team enough. So professional and the results were amazing!!!!

Natasha and her team even arrived on a public holiday in the rain with a van filled with Palm trees and planted them all.

Upon discussing the styling of the house with Natasha, we realised that she would be able to highlight its attributes while presenting a true family home with its inherent charm. We were able to engage her to present the elements we considered pertinent while allowing her creativity to illustrate what could be to prospective buyers. It was an engaging process to see her turn our family home into a dream dwelling for any family. Needless to say her creative skills allowed our home to be presented in an excellent manner, selling within 14 days. You could only do yourself a favour by utilising her accomplished styling skills.
