After many projects, I still find that every home is unique, and my favourite part of this journey is discovering the hidden opportunities that help each property truly shine.
I am incredibly grateful to the property owners, families, and vendors who have trusted us during their transition to the market. At the heart of this business is a passion for supporting locals. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with local trades and businesses to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and workmanship.
Today, our team is proud to be known as a ‘one-stop shop.’ We handle everything—from initial property preparation to the final move—taking the stress off your shoulders during a busy time. Although we’ve grown, my commitment remains the same: I attend every property consultation personally to ensure a personalized look and the best possible return for our clients.

Brittany
At Ship Shape Homes I lead the day-to-day logistics and am a proud mum to three beautiful girls. My favourite part of my role is working closely with our clients and helping prepare their properties to attract potential buyers.
After years in the fast-paced world of hairdressing, transitioning into home staging felt like a natural fit. My organisation skills, attention to detail, and natural gift for spatial awareness and layout allow me to see the full potential of a space and present each home in its best light. I’m passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for our vendors and ensuring every property feels inviting, balanced, and market ready.

Candice
With an eye for detail and considered approach, I help bring our creative vision to life. As a former educator, my extensive planning and organisational skills allows me to prepare our styles with precision, ensuring I go the extra mile to present beautiful homes that aim to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
I hold a Certificate IV in Interior Decoration and have a genuine passion for continuous learning in the field of interiors. Currently, I am further developing my expertise by pursuing a Diploma in Interior Design.
I find pure joy in my position at Ship Shape Homes as it allows me to transform spaces into something truly memorable. The consistent positive feedback we receive is reassuring and adds another layer of enjoyment to my role.
Paul
As Director and Co-Founder, I am the strategic support partner behind Natasha at Ship Shape Homes. With a diverse background in business, hospitality and vocational education and training, my skill set enables me to successfully lead the business’ governance and administration.
I believe that true support isn’t about being seen; it’s about being the reliable force that ensures every project reaches its full potential.
Joy
I bring plenty of energy, a can-do attitude, and a genuine love for transforming spaces to Ship Shape Homes. I thrive in the fast-paced nature of styling, helping turn houses into warm, inviting homes that people can truly connect with.
Alongside styling, I work as a photographer, which has shaped my eye for detail and the subtle 1% that elevates a space. From the way light moves through a room to how textures and tones come together, I’m always focused on the finer details.
Whether I’m refining a furniture layout or adding the final touches, my goal is to create spaces that feel natural, balanced, and beautifully lived-in – and ultimately, making our clients happy.
Monty
I bring a fun energy and extra set of strong hands to my role at Ship Shape Homes. I enjoy putting furniture together and offering my assistance in any capacity to ensure the day runs smoothly and efficiently for everyone.
