We assist our busy homeowners with preparing their property to be open for inspections. We usually like to have 1-2 hours; we are not cleaning but almost! We bring our leaf blower, vacuum, and cleaning products. We will ensure the kitchen and bathroom is clean. Open all the windows, blinds and turn on the lamps. Tidy all rooms, beds, fluff the cushions and anything else we think needs to be done in time for the scheduled open.
